Shipping policy

A. Shipping Costs and Information:

By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DHL. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.

If you wish to have it shipped to another country, please send us an email before placing an order (insert email address) and tell us the item, the quantity, the delivery address, the country and the corresponding postal code . We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to inquire about the shipping option and the costs from our shipping partner in advance.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of EUR 4.99 per order. From a gross order value of 50 euros we ship free of charge.
A flat rate of EUR 8.99 per order is charged for express delivery.

Standard shipping within 2-4 working days. 

CURRENTLY, DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, DELIVERY DELAYS MAY OCCUR. WE THEREFORE ASK YOU FOR SOME PATIENCE.

Standard shipping within 2-4 working days. Shipping is free of charge from 50€.

All orders are delivered with DHL.

All orders are only shipped on working days from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following working day.

PACK STATION:

With DHL's free PACKSTATION service, you can have your order delivered to a PACKSTATION of your choice.

You will be notified! As soon as your package has arrived, you will receive an e-mail or SMS and can pick it up regardless of opening hours and without waiting time.

For use, only a one-time free registration at www.packstation.de is required.

II. Shipping outside of Germany

We deliver to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

The shipping costs are a flat rate of 13.99 Euros per order.
For international express shipping, 18.99 Euros will be charged per order.
